SUBJECT: [TT/AMO] Remaining UWA sessions and T of Towns O Lev on Sat 26 Nov

Due to MLR1 being closed off for renovations, the remaining UWA sessions for the year (and the imminent Tournament of the Towns) will be in

G01 or G16 of the Robert Street Building

Follow the link for directions.

Also the TT exams, are booked on two Saturdays 12-6pm. The O Level paper was held in G16 of the Robert Street Building at UWA and the A Level paper will be held in Simmonds Lecture Theatre on the Ground Floor of the Myers Street Building (follow the link for the A Level paper for directions). They will be held on:

O Level Paper: Saturday 26 November 12n-6pm
A Level Paper: Saturday 3 December 12n-6pm

The following paragraphs, you will have read before ...

The O Level paper is a 4 hour paper: choose the slot that's convenient for you within the time between 12n and 6pm.

The A Level paper is a 5 hour paper: choose the slot that's convenient for you within the time between 12n and 6pm, i.e. you need to start between 12n and 1pm (less choice of time for this one).

Just remember: persistence, patience, self-belief are key ... just keep trying new ideas until you find an 'in' and then keep working at it, until you have a solution. Try to get at least a question completely out. You tend to get more for a complete question than for partially worked solutions to questions. It's best to start with the first question, and only abandon the question if you've spent an hour on it, and gotten nowhere.

We'll discuss the O paper in the week following ... and hopefully that will help you feel better about it, when you have a go at the A paper.
