The sessions last week on 11 and 13 December were our last for 2017.
Alas, that means that we won't get to discuss the A Level TT paper until next year. I do have complete solutions for the A Level TT now, if you are interested to see those.
In 2018, we'll start again on 8 January at Curtin and 10 January at UWA, with sessions at UWA starting an hour earlier at 4pm, just during January, and except that in the first week we will discuss the A Level TT, the main order of business is AMO preparation, which will be held on
Tuesday, 6 February & Wednesday, 7 February.
That's a week earlier than for 2017.
Just repeating, the sessions will be:
Mondays at Curtin in the Boardroom, from 4:30pm, from 8 January
Wednesdays at UWA in Blakers Lecture Theatre, from 4pm, from 10 January
With regard to the AMO, the AMT asked for my invitation list at beginning of December. School of Excellence invitees, those who have done a Senior Contest, and those with some experience at Tournament of the Towns and going into Years 11 and 12 have been invited. If I see something brilliant with the latest TT, I may ask for some late invitations.
So, note that during January, at UWA, we start an hour earlier while school is out. In February, the UWA sessions will revert to a 5pm start.
