I've just been given the all clear for Perth Mod, to allow students from other schools. The UWA situation on the other hand, seems hopeless. So if were coming on Wednesdays, but can come on Mondays, please instead come on Mondays. Recall there are directions.
My Curtin collaborator for the recording of Tuesday mini i-lectures was keen to see synthetic division (end of Chapter 4); so we did that last Tuesday, along with a proof of the Rational Zero Theorem.
We also did get one TT question done: SO 5. It's the way Nate did it. I tried colouring the angles to try to make it easier to follow.
If you can't come on Mondays, you really must tell me what you want to see when I record mini i-lectures.
As stated previously: on Monday 8 June we will go through Senior Contest 2013, which is prominently towards the top of the page. I'll try to keep up the habit of writing what we will do, and blog what we actually do, and record as much as I can. The plan is to continue with Senior Contests in subsequent weeks, interspersed with some easier questions.
I have just discovered that on an i-pad hover doesn't seem to work. So if you were having problems with that, I copied the above the Olympiad page here ... but in this copy, I removed the CSS commands defining hover.
