Year 9
- 1st prize: "The School of Mathematics and Statistics (UWA) Award
for Mathematical Excellence":
Lindon Roberts (Wesley College) with a perfect score!
- 2nd prize: Arun Isaac (St Stephen's School)
- 3rd prize: Charles Qiu (Christ Church Grammar)
Year 8
- 1st prize: "The Department of Mathematics and Statistics
(Curtin University) Award for Excellence":
Yita Choong (Scotch College)
(Yita was also the top Year 8 student of WA in the Wetpac Awards for
the Australian Maths Competition)
- 2nd prize and Special prize (tie): "WA Department of Education and Training Award for
Excellence for the most outstanding performance by a student at a
government high school":
Rohan Currie (Rossmoyne SHS) and Reuben Yap (Rossmoyne SHS)
- 3rd prize: Ben Zuidersma (Scotch College)
